We deliberately do not spread ourselves across a dozen trades. Residential and commercial work throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, managed by the same team from the first site visit to the certificate of occupancy.

Complete project management from concept through final inspection. We pull the permits, schedule and supervise every trade, keep the site to code, and give you one person to call when you have a question. You approve the scope and the price up front — and any change gets your signature before it gets your money.

Re-build

When a property has failed, we put it back better.

Water, fire, rot, settlement or simple age. New England housing stock is old, and most of it was built before the codes we build to now. We open it up, document what we find, and rebuild it properly — rather than hiding the problem behind new drywall.

01The finished wall

What you see.

Bubbling paint, a soft baseboard, a hairline crack running off the window corner. Symptoms. A fresh coat of paint can hide almost anything for a few months — and most contractors stop right here.

We don't.

02Drywall comes off

Open it up. Write it down.

We open the wall where the problem actually lives, not where it's convenient — and photograph everything before anything is thrown out. That record is yours, and it's exactly what an insurance adjuster wants to see.

03Insulation & moisture

Find the source.

Wet batts and a torn vapor barrier tell us where the water came in and how long it's been there. Fix the source first — otherwise you're paying to do this twice.

04Framing & sills

The real problem.

This is where old New England houses hide their trouble: rotted sill plates, split stud bases, headers too small for the opening above them. Most of these homes were built long before today's code — and it shows.

05Rebuilt to code

Built to last.

New pressure-treated sills, sistered studs and a properly sized header — inspected by the town, photographed, and closed up only when it's right. Then the wall gets finished like nothing ever happened.
